Today Arrive Logistics announced that they will finish out 2019 with a revenue of $550 million, marking another year of immense growth and a revenue increase of 48% year-over-year. In a changing market brought on by excess capacity, consumer delivery demand, 数字化, global trade and technology innovation, CEO Matt Pyatt attributes Arrive’s momentum to being a “People First” organization. Arrive’s total loads shipped has increased by 70% year-over-year (400,000 annual loads moved in 2019). The company projects that they’ll be nearing the billion-dollar mark by the end of 2020 by maintaining their investment in high-caliber people and by continuing to provide tailored solutions that keep customers and carriers on track to meet business goals in a dynamic marketplace.

“Throughout 2019, we have placed a significant focus on innovating the way people work in order to meet the rapidly evolving needs of the logistics industry,” said Chelsea Woodhead, Chief People Officer. “Because we invest heavily into recruitment, development and career pathing, we’ve been able to build a workforce with a passion for relationship building and a metrics-driven, problem-solving mindset.”

Arrive also recently announced its new Strategic Accounts Department, a team of in-house, senior-level industry experts to act as consultants on behalf of customers and carriers. “The addition of these new team members marks a turning point in Arrive’s timeline as the company becomes increasingly tenured,” said Matt Pyatt, 的首席执行官到达. “These are individuals tasked with handling high-level, strategic discussions with shipper and carrier partners and will work closely with them to tailor solutions specific to their needs, industry and challenges.”

In addition to the new Austin headquarters, the Chicago office doubled its square footage and the Chattanooga office expanded its presence in ‘freight alley.’ Arrive also focused on amplifying its operational infrastructure, with an emphasis on service for customers and carriers through significant investments in building a best-in-class, centralized operations team lead by Scott Sandager, Executive Vice President of Operations.
